See that hand of his?...At first I thought "I wish his hand wasn't in midair" but then I saw that he was patting me...and I was flooded with memories of that love pat...because his hand was so big and heavy...
*boom, boom, boom*
"Ouch, I love you too, Poppa"

Cute! :)
yeah, she is... isn't she.
ah...but that needs to be past tense...
Pop is home...Hospice has been called in and will be a big help, as the two Aunts...
agian I say...I am not alone *sniff sniff*
Trying to be strong but Poppa only has weeks left at best...
I'll be in and out...the voices in my head won't let me stay away long.
Weeks? :( That sucks.
does not.. your still cute.
glad your not alone, I would! but I didn't really want to ride that dog all the way to O'boro.
Critter... what are the voices tellin you to do?
*Brat worries*
I love that picture... and the post, too. I always wished I had that kind of relationship with my Poppa.
I hope all is well, darlin. Thinking of you.
Poppa and I have had a rocky relationship...but in the end it circled to what it started out as...just me and my dad...
He's still hanging in...doing well in fact...I'm keeping Hospice on their toes and he's getting the best care and meds available...still theirs no hope and I only pray the Lord will see to end his suffering in a quiet and dignified manner...
Thanks for the concern...I am spending all my time next door with him and only come home for a few minutes here and there...
Glad he's doing ok for now and you're able to hang with him. I'm certain that's a big and import part of his current state.
So sorry to hear about your poppa. The picture of you & him is very nice and I know means a lot to you. Take care and come visit sometime if you get lonely.
Sandy
