For the last 3 months or so, I've gotten OUT of bed every single damn day before 6:30AM. Why? Because I can only lay there for 1/2 hour before I get so steamed I have no other choice but to get up and watch news, or something else equally disturbing. I can stay up until 3Am and still I wake up at 6... I can go to bed at 9PM and my lovely internal clock sounds off right at 6AM. I DON'T WORK... I DON'T HAVE TO GET UP.... Shit, I didn't get up at 6 when I did go to work!
Is there something important I should be doing at 6AM?
